Baldwin County Transitions
Address:
200 East Fig Avenue
Foley, AL  36535

As an alternative to placement in the Department of Youth Services, Baldwin County Transitions offers highly individualized services to adolescent males and females between the ages of 13 and 17½ experiencing behavioral and legal issues. The program varies in duration and intensity depending on the adolescent’s needs and motivation for change, but usually lasts from three to six months. This flexibility allows for a step-down or step-up of services based on the adolescent’s progress. Through a cooperative working relationship between The Bridge and The Baldwin County Juvenile Court, our mission is to to serve as the central resource to assist adolescents and their families by providing supportive, active, clinical treatment services to restore and enhance the family system, thereby alleviating dysfunction and criminal behavior.
