Gadsden Campus

The seventy two acre Gadsden Campus is located in Etowah County, Alabama and provides a beautiful and rural treatment setting. The Bridge-corporate office and three distinct residential programs (Northwood, Kennington and Mitchell) share the facilities, administrative and support staff services of the campus.
Northwood Crisis Residential Program:
Northwood is a twenty nine bed progra m for males (ages 12 to 18) with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The program is certified by the Alabama Department of Mental Health - Substance Abuse Services Division. Northwood offers the most complete assortment of levels of care for adolescents, ranging from residential (in-patient) and outpatient substance abuse treatment as well as continuing care and aftercare support services.The look and feel of the program is like a large home. There are 8 newly renovated dorm rooms with three to five clients in each.
Kennington Chemical Dependency Program:
Kennington is a twenty four bed program licensed by the Alabama Department of Youth Services under community residential treatment standards. Teens and their families are provided intensive individualized treatment services that focus on the physical, emotional, educational, social, and spiritual needs of the family. The program has 12 newly renovated dorm rooms with two clients in each. Each room has a bunkbed with personal storage areas and a desk and chair for each client.
Mitch ell Chemical Dependency Program:
Mitchell is a sixteen to twenty four bed program licensed by the Alabama Department of Youth Services under the community residential treatment standards. The program has 12 newly renovated dorm rooms with two clients in each. Each room has a bunkbed with personal storage areas and a desk and chair for each client.
