Treatment Aide - Mobile

Program Security                        
• Constant and immediate supervision of program clients during daily operational activities, including meals, education, recreation, group time, and sleeping hours.
• Intervention in instances of client violation of program rules or safety regulations using approved methods.
• Conduct basic living skills group instruction or adventure-based group instruction as required.
• Perform head counts of clients at required intervals.
• Conduct program safety and security checks during shift as directed.
• Assist in conducting intake and outtake of clients.
• Provide transportation for clients following all procedures and protocols for safety and security.
• Serve as point of contact for assigned shift as required or requested by Program Coordinator, Program Manager or his/her designee.

Instruction and Training              
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and in-service meetings as required.

Clerical duties                                
• Perform basic clerical activities related to daily operations of program.
• Document activities and incidents as required by procedures.
Required Skills
. Require proof of High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Valid Alabama driver’s license and acceptable driving record, minimum 21 years of age.
• Ability to model appropriate behaviors, high energy, recovery-oriented, conflict resolution skills
• High level of integrity, dependability, and honesty
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Effective organizational skills
• Effective time management skills
• Cultural sensitivity in working with internal and external consumers including clients, staff, volunteers, referral agents, vendors, community organizations, etc.
Additional Information
We are currently accepting applications for Treatment Aids.  Shifts:7 am - 3 pm,  3 pm - 11 pm, 11 pm - 7 a.m.  

To assist in the application process, you may refer back to “Positions Available” page to download and print an employment application, background and drug screen authorizations.  Once completed, please bring application packet and proof of education to our office between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
